University of Kentucky dorms take shape on campus

on the Avenue of Champions between Lexington Ave. and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.  in Lexington, Ky., Monday, February 25, 2013. Progress was visible Monday on two new University of Kentucky dorms, Champions Court I and II, being built on the Avenue of Champions between Lexington Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Lexington. Champions Court I will have 740 private bedrooms in a 285,000-square-foot building. Champions Court II will have 427 beds in two- and four-bedroom suites in a 154,000-square-foot building.
