A grandmother was arrested after her 4-year-old grandson wandered out from an apartment and onto a highway Monday in Boyle County.

A passing motorist saw the child standing along Ky. 300 about 4:45 p.m. Monday, according to the grandmother’s arrest report. The temperature was reportedly in the low 30s, with snow on the ground.
