Cheerleaders from throughout the state competed in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association’s state championships on Saturday at Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park.
In the All-Girls Super Large Division, Bullitt East High School took first place, Dixie Heights second, Male was third and Nicholas County was fourth.
All-Girls Large Division winners were: Greenup County in first place, Montgomery County second, Bowling Green third and Paul Laurence Dunbar fourth.
All-Girls Medium Division winners were: Corbin first, Simon Kenton second, Ryle third and Ballard fourth.

All-Girls Small Division winners were: Southwestern first, Pikeville second, Perry County Central third and Madisonville-North Hopkins fourth.
The Coed Division A winner was Central Hardin, with Wolfe County in second place, Russell County in third and Shelby County in fourth.
The first-place winner in Coed Division B was Graves County, followed by Bullitt Central in second, Owensboro in third and Barren County in fourth.
In addition to Dunbar, several other Lexington schools competed Saturday.
Lexington Christian Academy placed sixth in the All-Girls Medium Division, Lafayette came in fifth in the All-Girls Super Large Division and Tates Creek came in seventh in Coed Division B.
