Third man arrested in Laurel murder

A third suspect in the death of a man in Laurel County was arrested early Friday in Columbus, Ohio.

Jason Frazier, 26, was found by Ohio authorities.

He is suspected in the killing of Devin Overbey, whose body was found along the side of Happy Hollow Road in Laurel County on Sunday. Early Thursday, Kentucky State Police arrested Dwayne K. Riley, 43, and Terry Edward Riley, 38, of East Bernstadt.

Dwayne Riley is charged with murder, tampering with physical evidence and resisting arrest, as well as drug-related offenses. Terry Riley is charged with tampering with physical evidence.

Frazier is charged with murder and tampering wit physical evidence, according to the Kentucky State Police.
