A Pike County man was arrested Wednesday and charged with wanton endangerment after allegedly shooting at family members.
Richard Gooslin, 43, of Millard reportedly locked himself in his house about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday after the shooting, Kentucky State Police said.
The relatives were at the house trying to pick up some belongings, state police said.
After four hours of sporadic negotiations, state police said in a press release, Gooslin came out and was arrested. On the way to jail, he tried to kick the windows out of a trooper's car, police said, and officers used pepper spray and a Taser to subdue him.
