LA GRANGE — The Oldham County Water District will receive $13.2 million in federal stimulus funds to improve the quality of drinking water.
The project was among 193 water and environmental projects across the country announced by Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack.
Other Kentucky projects included Barkley Lake Water District, $1.9 million; City of Hartford, $1.9 million; Southern Water District, $759,000; City of Campbellsville, $669,000; and Bath County Water District, $371,000.
