ROWAN COUNTY — Two men were killed Saturday morning and a third remains in the hospital after a two-car accident on I-64 in Rowan County.
Johnny Blevins, 57, of Grayson and a passenger in his car, Devin Campbell, 21, of Lexington, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Blevins was driving a Ford pickup westbound on I-64 near the 145 mile marker in Rowan County when he swerved into the other lane, hitting Charles Ison, 29, of Grayson, who was driving a 2005 Dodge Neon.
Both vehicles overturned in the median. Blevins and Campbell, 21, were ejected from the vehicle. Ison was taken to St. Claire Medical Center in Morehead and then airlifted to the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington.

The accident remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police. None of the men were wearing seat belts.
