Disaster Recovery Centers operated by the state and Federal Emergency Management Agency will open Monday in Woodford and Lincoln Counties.
The centers will assist those affected by the May 1 severe storms, flooding, mudslides and tornadoes.
In Woodford County, the center will be at Fire Station No. 3 at 1415 Huntertown Road in Versailles. The Lincoln County center will be at the South Lincoln Community Center at 11650 Ky. 1247 in Waynesburg.
Both centers open at 8 a.m. Monday, and will be open daily after that from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Officials ask that before visiting the center, people first register online at www.disasterassistance.gov or by calling 1-800-621-3362.
Staff at the recovery centers can check individuals' cases, answer questions about claims, or review information needed to process their claim.
