Jury selection under way in double homicide

Jury selection is underway for the trial of a man charged with two counts of murder for allegedly killing two accomplices following a Louisville bank robbery.

Carlos Ordway, 29, of Louisville is accused of killing Patrick Lewis and Rodriequs Turner. The men were gunned down in 600 block of Appian Way in Lexington on Aug. 11, 2007. That's about five days after they are believed to have robbed the Chase Bank on Poplar Level Road in Louisville.

Ordway appeared before Judge Pamela Goodwine and dozens prospective jurors Monday. The trial is expected to last three weeks.Ordway is also charged with tampering with physical evidence and being a persistent felony offender. He has had more than 30 criminal charges against him since 1999.
