Wince Mayabb, who founded the 191 Speedway near Campton, was hit by a car and fatally injured Saturday night while crossing Ky. 191 in front of his business. Mayabb, 67, was declared dead at the Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson. Kentucky State Police said he was crossing the road on foot when he was struck by a 1995 Chevy driven by 55-year-old Victoria Grass of Hazel Green.
