A Stanton woman was arrested Friday after Kentucky State Police, investigating possible drug trafficking, found hundreds of pills and thousands of dollars in electronics in a home on James Crow Hollow Road.
JoAnn Jarbeau, 62, was charged with receiving stolen property. She was released on bond from Powell County jail on Friday.
State police seized 1,487 pills of various narcotics, 19 guns, $50,000-$75,000 worth of electronics, about $10,000 worth of hand tools, and about $23,000 in cash, according to a news release. Six vehicles were impounded for evidence.
Animal control officers removed dozens of dogs, state police said.
