The state's 17 resort parks resumed a normal schedule Tuesday after operating with reduced hours during the winter, according to a news release.
Lodges at the parks had been closed three nights a week since mid-November to save money because of the state's tight budget. The lodges will now be open seven days a week.
The state also announced room discounts will be available during March.
State park historic sites also will resume normal hours during March and April, and park campgrounds will reopen April 1. The weekend of April 29-May 1, campers can pay for Friday night and stay Saturday night free.
