McKenna Padgett was pronounced dead at UK the day of the crash; Chase Padgett died June 2. Both were 7 years old.

Stephanie Padgett was driving east into Danville on Ky. 34 when she lost control of her van and it went into the westbound lane, where it was struck broadside by another van.
