A Manchester man died in a crash in Laurel County Monday morning.
Boyd Woods, 28, was a passenger in a westbound Chrysler Town & Country minivan that slid into the path of a pickup truck on Ky. 80 about 8 miles east of London, according to a news release from the Laurel County Sheriff's Department.
The road was slick because of rain, and the crash occurred in a curve and on a hillcrest at about 11:38 a.m., the release stated.
The driver of the van, Melodie Woods, 45, and another passenger, Josh Dakota, 20, both of Manchester, were taken to St. Joseph Hospital in London.
