Second Flat Lick man charged in slaying of Bell man

A second man was arrested in the death of a Bell County man whose body was found Friday.

James O. Sizemore, 25, of Flat Lick was charged Monday with murder in the death of Bobby Wiggins, 61, of Middlesboro, according to a Kentucky State Police press release.

On Saturday, another Flat Lick man, William J. Anderson, 32, was charged in Wiggins' death. He was taken to the Bell County jail.

State police said they got a report of a body being found in a wooded area at 11 a.m. Friday, and they located the body in Bell County just after 2 p.m.

After an autopsy, the body was identified as that of Wiggins. Bell County Coroner Jay Steele said Wiggins had been missing since Nov. 23.

Sizemore was held in the Knox County jail on a $500,000 cash bond as of Tuesday morning. His arraignment is set for Thursday.
