An infant died in a car crash on Saturday morning in Carroll County, Kentucky state police said.
A vehicle driven by a 17-year-old, whom police did not identify, failed to negotiate a curve near the rear entrance to General Butler State Park at 9:13 a.m. The driver, who was wearing a seat belt, was not injured, according to a news release.
However, two passengers, Jaquolin Valoria Villalva Rocha 18, of Warsaw, and Leonardon Lopez Sanchez, 22, of Louisville, were taken to University of Louisville Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Rocha's infant child died.

Neither passenger was wearing a seat belt, and the infant was not restrained.
Alchohol was a factor in the crash, state police said. The driver faces numerous charges including manslaughter, DUI, no operator's license, and failure to maintain insurance.
