The body of a 35-year-old Middlesboro man who had been missing since Nov. 25 was found Monday in Harlan County.
The body of Chris Allen Buell was discovered on a riverbank behind a Hardee's restaurant about 2:30 p.m., Harlan County Deputy Coroner Jim Rich said.
Buell's family has said he was mentally ill and had gotten out of a car parked at Harlan ARH Hospital.
Rich said the restaurant was a few miles from the hospital.

He said an autopsy would be conducted. No foul play was suspected.
