Central and Eastern Kentucky get some decent weather for a few days, but don’t get used to it, WKYT chief meteorologist Chris Bailey said. The coldest air of the fall season is on the way for the weekend.
Highs Thursday will reach the mid and upper 50s for many with partly sunny skies. Winds will still be gusty as another weak front moves in. This knocks temps down into the low 30s by Friday morning. Afternoon readings hit the upper 40s to low 50s.
