When Noelle Hunter, Kentucky state executive director of highway safety, stated that teenagers are much less likely to have an automobile accident than people 25 to 64 years old, one only needs to do the math to see that there are 10 times as many people in the older age group. Perhaps we are all negligent with cell phone use while driving.
