Simon Kenton led by 19 after three quarters but Gallatin County came roaring back to win 56-55 in the 8th Region Tournament when senior guard Jordin Morris hit a three-pointer from the wing at the buzzer.
Morris had only six points in the game, all on a pair of three-pointers in the winning rally.
Junior Kristian Morgan led the winners (22-8) with 20 points, 13 during their 32-point fourth quarter. Travis Davis hit three three-pointers in the rally and finished with 14 points.
Cody Chambers finished his career with 16 points for Simon Kenton (23-8).

East Jessamine 78, Wayne County 61 (12th): C.J. Boyd had 19 points and Cody Collins got 16 to lead East Jessamine, which pulled away from a 27-27 tie at halftime with a 24-5 bulge in the third quarter.
Daviess County 67, Breckinridge County 56 (3rd): Senior forward Jordan Ratliff scored 24 points and pulled down nine rebounds for the winners.
Buckhorn 60, Wolfe County 58 (14th): Buckhorn, which pulled a big upset over Perry County Central in district action last week, ran its record to 25-5. Trevor Easterling led the way with 23 points and Matt Day added 21.
Sawyer Denniston got 25 points for Wolfe (13-14).
Cooper 56, Dixie Heights 43 (9th): A.J. Collins hit all five of his three-points shots and finished with 23 points as Cooper (16-14) advanced. Dixie Heights finished 20-11.
Newport Central Catholic 59, Covington Catholic 41 (9th): Senior guard Brady Hightchew scored 16 points as New Cath ran its record to 21-8.
Johnson Central 65, Phelps 54 (15th): Dalton Adkins scored 22 points to lead Johnson Central to victory at the East Kentucky Expo Center. Central ran off to a 17-8 lead in the first quarter.
Collins 69, South Oldham 63 (8th): Brian Stone scored 26 points as Collins (26-10) won despite trailing 49-48 after three quarters.
LaRue County 73, Taylor County 53 (5th): Junior guard Kelton Ford poured in 30 points and had five assists, six steals and six rebounds to lead LaRue to its 23rd win.
Assumption 59, No. 14 Sacred Heart (2OT) (7th): Brandy Hunter broke a 54-54 tie with a layup with 31 seconds left in double overtime and the Rockets held on by hitting their free throws.
Sacred Heart's DaiJai Ruffin hit a free throw with 28 seconds left in regulation to tie the game at 44 and both teams missed chances to win.
Nora Kiesler, who led the winners with 16 points and 12 rebounds, hit a layup with 18 seconds left in overtime to force a second overtime.
Ruffin led all scorers with 21 points.
No. 4 Mercy 79, Louisville Holy Cross 49 (6th): Whitney Harlage poured in 33 points as Mercy routed Holy Cross after leading by only five at halftime.
