Koebe Garrard scored 22 points, grabbed seven rebounds and had seven of his team's nine steals in Paris' 70-62 victory at home against Lexington Christian.

■ Cole VonHandorf scored 28 points and Cooper Theobald had 19 in No. 12 Covington Catholic's 61-55 win at St. Xavier. VonHandorf hit all seven of his free-throw attempts and Theobald was 11-for-13 at the line.
■ Camron Justice scored 28 points and Evan Hall had 18 in No. 3 Knott County Central's 87-51 win against Pike Central.
■ Torell Carter's 34 points and 12 rebounds helped Letcher County Central slip past Belfry 72-69 in overtime.
■ Southwestern held Lafayette, ranked No. 3 in the coaches' preseason poll, to 36 percent shooting in a 58-45 victory in the Defender Classic at Bryan Station. Alison Corder led the Warriors with 19 points.
Kiera Pankins scored 18 points for Generals. Dee Givens and Ashanti Thomas had 12 and 11 points, respectively, and combined to go 10-for-32 from the field.
■ No. 7 Franklin County held off a challenge from No. 17 East Carter, winning 50-46 in the Boyd County Roundball Classic. The Lady Flyers' Princess Stewart scored 17 points to go with six rebounds, four steals and three assists. Malaka Frank had 11 points and 11 rebounds.
■ No. 25 Henry Clay outscored Waggener by 23 in the first quarter and rolled to an 87-32 victory in the Defender Classic at Bryan Station. T'Laya Lyvers led a balanced scoring attack with 14 points. Destiny Carter added 13 and Kennedy Coney and Anovia Byars provided 11 apiece.
■ University of Kentucky signee Morgan Rich was 3-for-3 from three-point range and 8-for-8 at the line in No. 9 Allen County-Scottsville's 73-33 win at home against Warren East. Rich had 27 points, three rebounds and three steals.
■ No. 1 Elizabethtown defeated John Hardin 54-22. Erin Boley had 19 points, 15 rebounds, six assists and three blocks.
■ Alex Combs scored 16 points and McKenzie Leigh and Zoie Barth had 12 apiece in Highlands' 67-39 victory at home against South Oldham.
