UK sophomore Ashleigh Albrecht shot an even-par 72 in the second round of the NCAA Division I Women's Golf Regional at Daytona Beach, Fla., on Friday.
It was Albrecht's eighth round of par or better for the season and her 12th career round of par or better, both UK records. She is tied for 38th among individuals.
Kentucky shot a 21-over 309 and is 20th out of 24 teams after two rounds.
Alabama, the No. 1 seed, leads at 5-under. Freshman Stephanie Meadow of Alabama birdied four of her final seven holes to take a four-shot lead among individuals at 6-under.

The top eight teams — and the top two individuals not on those teams — after Saturday's final round will advance to the NCAA Championships on May 18-21 in Bryan, Texas.
Softball: Elizabeth Eisterhold hit a two-run homer in the top of the eighth to give Auburn a 5-3 win at the UK Softball Complex on Friday night. Junior pitcher Rachel Riley went the distance for UK (35-12, 13-8 Southeastern Conference) and hit her eighth home run of the season.
