Kentucky’s Jasmine Camacho-Quinn was named the SEC’s Freshman Outdoor Runner of the Year.
Camacho-Quinn won the SEC’s 100-meter hurdles in 12.69 seconds, the second-fastest time in meet history. She also ran on UK’s bronze-medal 4-by-100 relay team.
Camacho-Quinn qualified for the NCAA Championships next week in Eugene, Ore., in three events: the 100 hurdles, 200 and 4-by-100 relay.
