Due to the threat of very severe weather Friday night in Columbia, S.C., the South Carolina-Kentucky baseball game has been postponed. The series will begin on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Carolina Stadium with a doubleheader. Both games will be nine innings.
Fans with tickets for Friday night’s game will be honored for the first game of the doubleheader. The stadium will be cleared at the completion of the first game. Fans with tickets for Saturday’s game will be honored for the second game of the doubleheader, which will start approximately 45 minutes at the conclusion of game one.
The first game of the series will now be televised live on Fox Sports South, with the final two games of the three-game set not slated for television. All three games will be broadcast live on the UK IMG Radio Network, with the Voice of UK Baseball, Neil Price, calling the action.
