Patterson day-to-day with sprained ankle
Kentucky sophomore center Patrick Patterson still is listed as day-to-day with a sprained ankle.
UK released a statement Wednesday that said no further testing was needed on Patterson's ankle after the X-rays Tuesday night showed no further damage.
UK spokesman DeWayne Peevy said the injury was not a high ankle sprain, which would have required a longer rehabilitation period.
