Former University of Kentucky standout DeAndre Liggins scored 20 of his game-high 24 points in the second half, including going 5-for-5 from three-point range, to lead the Tulsa 66ers past the Canton Charge 100-98 on Sunday in the NBA D-League playoffs. The 66ers advanced to the semifinals. On assignment from the NBA's Oklahoma City Thunder, Liggins also had seven rebounds and three assists.

"We needed an extremely good night like DeAndre had," Tulsa Coach Darko Rajakovic said. "We needed somebody to push us forward and DeAndre did an amazing job."

Liggins hit three of his three-pointers in a two-minute span at the end of the third quarter.

"I've been taking thousands of (three-point) shots in practice," he said. "That's why I'm down here (at Tulsa), to get repetition."

Liggins averaged 12.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists in the series.
