The final three rounds of the NFL Draft played out Saturday with no additional University of Kentucky players hearing their names called. Randall Cobb, who was chosen in Friday's second round by the Green Bay Packers, is the only former Cat who has some idea what his future holds.
His former UK teammates Derrick Locke, Chris Matthews and others are stuck in limbo because of the lockout. Typically, the signing of undrafted players to free-agent contracts would have begun immediately after the draft. But that cannot begin until the NFL lockout ends.
