The University of Kentucky football team picked up its fifth commitment for the class of 2012 on Thursday and the second from the same Georgia high school this week.
Shawn Blaylock, a 5-foot-11, 172-pound cornerback from Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain, Ga., chose the Wildcats after taking part in a camp at UK last weekend, according to recruiting Web sites Rivals.com and Scout.com.
Blaylock's teammate at Stephenson, wide receiver DeMarcus Sweat, committed to UK on Sunday.
Previously, Kentucky received 2012 commitments from Manual defensive tackle Thomas Chapman, Mason County defensive back Josh Harris and Highlands quarterback Patrick Towles.
