Talking points

■ Air Raid? A week after Patrick Towles passed for 390 yards, he completed three passes for 14 yards in the first half.

■ Not sure if it was bad play- calling or lack of confidence in the blocking, but UK clearly did not throw downfield.

■ The Big Blue Meter has reversed. UK fans took to Twitter to blast the Cats and offensive coordinator Neal Brown while some UK players not on the trip questioned the loyalty of the fans.

■ Down 20-10 and facing fourth down late in the game, should UK have taken the field goal in hopes of getting the ball back?

NUMBERS DON'T LIE

25: UK's best field position in the first half was its own 25-yard

line. Next-best was the 15.

being picked off late in the first half.
