Adreian Payne, a 6-foot-9, 210-pound center from Dayton (Ohio) Jefferson Township High School, will likely attend Kentucky's Big Blue Madness on Oct. 10.
He'd join big man Daniel Orton of Oklahoma City, and guard Russell Byrd of Fort Wayne, Ind., as prospects expected to attend.

"It's a good chance he'll be down," said Art Winston, who is Payne's high school coach. "It's a real good chance."
ESPNU rates Payne at No. 25 in its Class of 2010 Super 60. That's three spots behind UK-bound prospect Dominique Ferguson.
Other schools involved with Payne include Louisville, Maryland, Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, West Virginia, Florida, Xavier, Cincinnati and Dayton, Winston said.
Winston described Payne as a "phenomenal athlete" who runs track (200, plus two relays) and played football (quarterback/wide receiver) until his sophomore year. He averaged a double-double last season.
Interestingly, Payne is not totally absorbed with basketball. "He doesn't watch college basketball or pro basketball," Winston said. "I think he's starting to watch more of it. But if you asked him who Tubby Smith or Rick Pitino is, he wouldn't know...
"If you asked him who won the (2008) national championship, he wouldn't know."
Payne likes to PLAY basketball, not watch basketball.
