Kentucky wide receivers coach Tommy Mainord spoke with the Herald-Leader last week about a wide range of topics related to recruiting.
NCAA rules prevent Mainord from specifically addressing unsigned prospects in the class of 2015, but he did talk in broad terms about UK’s recruiting efforts moving forward and how some of the changes in the program — on and off the field — have helped the coaching staff.
Mainord also spoke about the recent success the program has had recruiting the Washington, D.C., area, and what to expect of the Wildcats’ future wide receivers.
