Chane Behanan, F, Louisville: Last season's NCAA Tournament West Region MVP averaged 9.5 points and 7.5 rebounds a game as a freshman, and shot 51 percent from the floor.
Gorgui Dieng, C, Louisville: UK freshman Nerlens Noel may have a higher upside, but the U of L junior is a proven commodity who averaged 9.1 points, 9.1 rebounds and 3.2 blocks last season.
Isaiah Canaan, G, Murray State: The senior from Biloxi, Miss., might be the best guard in the country in 2012-13 after averaging 19 points, 3.6 assists and shooting 45.6 percent from three-point range for Murray (31-2) last season.
Peyton Siva, G, Louisville: Last season's Big East Tournament MVP averaged 9.1 points and 5.6 assists and directed U of L to the Final Four.

Monique Reid, F, Louisville: Injury knocked the Fern Creek product out last season, but she averaged 15.5 points a game (16.3 in Big East games) two seasons ago.
Samarie Walker, F, Kentucky: Transfer from Connecticut was solid (8.7 points, 7.6 rebounds) last season after becoming eligible at the semester break. This year, with a chance to play a full season, she could take a step forward.
DeNesha Stallworth, C, Kentucky: In two seasons at California, the 6-3 center averaged 13.1 points and 6.4 rebounds. After sitting out last season, the junior should give Kentucky a big-time post threat.
Shoni Schimmel, G, Louisville: Flashy point guard clocked in at 14.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.7 assists last year.
A'dia Mathies, G, Kentucky: The reigning SEC Player of the Year (15 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 2.7 assists, 2.6 steals a game) has one more season to lead UK to its first-ever women's Final Four.
