High school football: Friday’s top individual performances

Some of the top performances from the fourth week of Kentucky high school football:

Jefferson Harkless, Paul Laurence Dunbar: The sophomore was a workhorse as he helped the Bulldogs secure their first win of the season. He had 203 yards and three TDs in Dunbar's 20-3 win at Eastern.

Joquise Buford, Henry Clay: The sensational senior returned with a huge night after missing the Blue Devils' first two games. He had 321 yards and five TDs on 34 rushing attempts in Henry Clay's 70-64 win over Tates Creek.

Andre Davis, Bryan Station: The senior quarterback tossed six TDs on 15-for-22 passing in the Defenders' rout of Madison Central, including three in the last quarter.

Dalton Frasure, PrestonsburgThe Blackcat senior, committed to Austin Peay as a tight end, rushed for 230 yards and four TDs. On defense, he added 10 tackles and a sack.

DeJuan Davis, Franklin County: The freshman made the most of his three receptions Friday night — he turned them into 130 yards and two TDs.

Jaylyn Williams, Letcher County Central: He rushed for 213 yards and five TDs — including the final one of the game and the two-point conversion that followed — in the Cougars' 44-43 overtime win against Central out of Virginia.
