Girls' soccer poll: Week three

The Kentucky High School Girls' Soccer Coaches Association released its poll Wednesday following week three's games. Order has been restored.

Last week Owensboro Catholic was ranked second behind Sacred Heart despite winning at Sacred Heart and remaining undefeated on the year. The Aces (9-0) are still undefeated and once again ranked ahead of the Valkyries.

Lexington Catholic remained in the three spot after beating Mercy, tying No. 11 West Jessamine and defeating two Indiana foes.

Paul Laurence Dunbar dropped to No. 15, Tates Creek moved up to No. 15 and Henry Clay remained at No. 16. Lexington Christian went from being the fourth team in the next receiving votes to the second.

Other area teams in the poll: Boyle County (No. 7), West Jessamine (No. 11), Woodford County (No. 13).
