■ Stuart Stamper made all five of his three-point attempts and scored 34 points to lead Knott Central to an 86-72 victory over Lafayette in the Charlie Hammonds Classic at Hazard on Saturday. As a team, the Patriots made 11 of 14 three-point attempts and shot 57 percent from the field. Mike Walker and Dee Yarbrough led the Generals with 22 points each. The Patriots led 37-33 at the half and started the third quarter with a 20-6 run.
■ Ryan Brady scored 19 points and Tebo Barnett had 12 points and 15 rebounds to lead Sayre in a 90-37 rout at Portland Christian. The Spartans held Portland to 26 percent shooting and forced 20 turnovers. Sayre built a 42-11 lead by halftime.
■ Junior forward Jacob Russell just missed out on a triple-double in No. 23 Anderson County's 67-55 victory over visiting Grant County. Russell had 20 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists. Senior forward C.J. Penny added 20 points and 11 rebounds for the Bearcats.

■ Senior center Devin Adams scored 20 points and junior guard Elisha Justice added 16 points and 11 assists in No. 4 Shelby Valley's 77-39 win over visiting Raceland.
■ Zak Metz scored 41 points to help host Bath County defeat Ashland Blazer 79-66 for the Wildcats' first-ever victory over the Tomcats. Metz added nine rebounds and three assists and made six three-pointers.
■ Senior center Mike Satterwhite had 16 points and 10 rebounds to lead Western Hills to a 63-39 win over visiting Berea.
■ Junior guard Aaron Watts had 38 points and 11 rebounds to lead No. 7 Jeffersontown to an 84-71 win at McCreary Central.
■ Senior guards Anna Martin and Courtney Clifton each scored more than 30 points and Sarah Beth Barnette delivered a double-double to lead No. 3 Lexington Christian to an 85-61 victory at Central Hardin. Martin had 35 points and six assists, Clifton scored 32 points and Barnette, a UK commitment, tallied 16 points and 11 rebounds.
■ Junior guard Lisa Hack scored 21 points and the Lafayette defense got 20 steals in a 72-39 victory over visiting Bryan Station.
■ Franklin County's Ashley Decker scored 15 points to lead the Flyers to a 54-47 victory at Western Hills.
■ June Buchanan junior forward Maris Hovee recorded 30 points and 22 rebounds, but the Lady Crusaders fell 74-52 to visiting Breathitt County.
■ Wayne County senior guard Heather Stearns scored 32 points to go with nine rebounds and eight steals in the Cardinals' 60-47 home victory over East Jessamine.
