■ Jay Johnson scored 26 points and David Greenwell added 24 in Woodford County's 67-60 defeat of East Carter in the Red River Classic at Powell County. The Yellowjackets jumped out to a 22-6 lead to end the first quarter. Johnson also had 13 rebounds and six blocked shots for Woodford County, which will play Lee County in the semifinals.

■ Dontarius Pittman led Lee County with 19 points in a 73-67 victory against Magoffin County in the Red River Classic at Powell County. Magoffin got 22 points from John Kazee and 18 from Cody Sparks.

Lafayette almost let a 10-point lead slip away before William Johnson hit a couple of free throws to finish off Cooper 51-48 in the Lloyd Memorial Invitational. The Generals' Dee Yarbrough and the Jaguars' Dvontae Bradley shared game-high scoring honors with 18 apiece. Charles Johnson added 10 points and seven steals for Lafayette.

■ Alan Royse hit the game-winning free throw with less than a minute to go and Ricky Garza had 20 points and 16 rebounds in Bourbon County's 68-67 victory against Louisville Holy Cross in the Ohio County Eagle Classic.

Powell County senior shooting guard Morgan Reed hit a school-record 10 three-pointers and finished with 36 points for the hosts in a 112-54 win against Jackson City in the Red River Classic.

■ Nathan Dieudonne scored 20 points and Charles Foster had 13 in Louisville Trinity's 60-48 victory against Southlake Carroll (Texas) in the Whataburger Tournament in Fort Worth, Texas.

■ Lee Spencer converted a traditional three-point play to give North Laurel a 44-43 victory over Whitley County in the Cumberland Falls Invitational. Ethan Eversole scored 15 points, all on three-pointers to lead North Laurel. Spencer finished with 14 points.

Wolfe County freshman forward Corey Conway had 14 points and 12 rebounds in a 56-48 victory against Monticello in the Monticello Bank Classic at Wayne County.

■ Corey Gregg scored 24 points and Ashland Blazer defeated West Carter 75-70 in the Ashland Invitational. Ryan Whetsel added 18 points for the Tomcats.


■ Abby Janszen had 14 points, 14 rebounds and five blocked shots and made three late free throws to help St. Henry edge Lexington Catholic 39-37 in the Titan Christmas Clash at Mercer County. Octavia Wilson scored 16 points and Alex Botkin had 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Lady Knights. Emily Johns added nine points, eight rebounds and four assists.

■ Amber Crumbie scored 20 points and Serena Sandusky added 18 to help Bryan Station rally past Southwestern 62-59 in the Candy Cane Classic at South Laurel. Danay Fothergill led the Warriors with 29 points.

Lincoln County rolled past Tates Creek 68-41 in the Titan Christmas Clash at Mercer County. Emily Fox scored a game-high 25 points for the Patriots. Peyton Hisel had 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Lady Commodores.

Sayre held Eminence to a single free throw in both the second and third quarter of a 47-13 victory in the Kentucky Country Day Classic. Bea Cameron scored 19 points for the Lady Spartans.

■ Adelaide Luckett and Natalie Greenwell both had double-doubles in Elizabethtown's 67-46 victory against Central in the Titan Christmas Clash at Mercer County. Luckett scored 18 points and had 10 rebounds and three steals. Greenwell had 13 points, 10 rebounds and five assists. Brianna Averette led the Yellowjackets with 19 points, six rebounds and two steals.

Sheldon Clark went on a 25-8 run in the fourth quarter to finish off Satelline Beach (Fla.) 67-35 in the Sunshine Classic in Daytona Beach, Fla. Carla Booth led the Lady Cardinals with 23 points.

■ Freshman Keeley Rogers scored 24 points and had 13 rebounds in Powell County's 69-67 win against Fairview in the Queen of the Bluegrass at East Carter. Diane Jackson led the Lady Eagles with 21 points and six rebounds.

Perry County Central's Kendall Noble scored seven of her 25 points in overtime to send the Lady Commodores past Livingston (Tenn.) 72-66 in the Sunshine Classic in Daytona Beach, Fla. Noble also had 11 rebounds, seven steals and six assists.

■ Anika Taylor scored 19 points and had seven rebounds, six assists and two steals in John Hardin's 53-45 win against visiting Henry County.

Mason County prevailed against Conner 56-55 in a roller-coaster contest that saw the Royals up five at the half and down 10 after the third quarter in in the Queen of the Bluegrass at East Carter. Mason County's Katelyn Smith scored 16 of her 30 points in the fourth quarter to go with 10 rebounds. Conner's Toria Fischer scored 33 points, including five three-pointers, and was 10-for-11 from the field in the second half.

Russell County's Lindsay Ramage scored 16 points to go with 11 rebounds and 6 steals in a 63-59 win against Wanneroo (Australia) in the Christmas Classic at Logan County.
