Boys

■ Host Lexington Christian (7-4) shot 12-for-24 from three-point range and beat Paul Dunbar 66-58. Taylor Barnette (21 points) and Tyler Harville (19 points) had five threes apiece. Lamont Johnson had 16 points and 11 rebounds for Dunbar (7-6).

■ Jackson Davis had 26 points and nine rebounds, and Tanner Napier had 23 points and five three-pointers to lead Lafayette to a 98-72 victory over Campbell County in the Lloyd Memorial Invitational.

■ Trey Grundy came off the bench to score 14 points and help Henry Clay to a 73-63 win over Elliott County (6-3) in the Republic Bank Holiday Classic at Lexington Catholic. The Blue Devils (9-4) attempted only four free throws, making three. Timmy Knipp led Elliott County with 24 points, six rebounds and four assists. Jacob Ison added 23 points.

Somerset overcame a 10-point halftime deficit and rallied to beat host Sayre 55-53 in the Sayre Holiday Classic. Reid Freeman made five three-pointers and scored 17 points for Sayre.

■ Dylan Pohl and Sean Donaldson each scored 12 points to lead West Jessamine to a 54-44 win over Lincoln County in the Gateway Classic at Montgomery County.

Girls

■ Alex Botkin's 23 points and 14 rebounds powered Lexington Catholic (6-7) to a 62-49 victory over Louisville Central (7-6) in the Titan Christmas Clash at Mercer County.

■ Shomari Kendrick had 25 points, 15 rebounds and two blocked shots to power Lafayette to a 59-48 win over Woodford County in the finals of the Paris-Bourbon County Classic.

■ Marissa Prince scored 15 points and Carrington Caise 14 to lead Bryan Station (12-1) to a 60-56 win over Harlan County (10-4) in the championship of the Candy Cane Classic at South Laurel.

■ Junior center Peyton Hisel had 12 points and 10 rebounds to lead Tates Creek (5-8) to a 52-45 win over Wayne County (4-7) in the Titan Christmas Clash.

■ Maddie Mitchell's 18 points helped Sayre to a 52-28 rout of host Kentucky Country Day.

Madison Central (7-3) closed the game with a 16-9 run and beat Ballard 62-56 in the Gateway Classic at Montgomery County. Jenna Cornelison scored 20 points for Madison Central.
