■ Freshman guard Trevor Jenkins hit a reverse layup with one second left to lift host Estill County to a 52-50 win over Breathitt County. Senior Cade Berryman led the Engineers with 19 points and seven rebounds. Jenkins scored five points.
■ Senior forward Kelly Rinehart had 17 points and 17 rebounds in Lexington Christian's 45-41 win at home over Tates Creek.
Junior center Kristen Jacob led the Commodores with 14 points and 12 boards.
■ Octavia Wilson scored 12 points, and Lexington Catholic beat South Laurel 38-32 at home. Wilson was the only player in the game with double-digit points.
■ China Dow hit two free throws with seven seconds left to give Louisville Christian a 59-57 win over Central. Dow finished with 27 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks.
