■ Franklin County's Eric Meyer hit one of his six three-pointers with eight seconds left to lift the Flyers to a 78-76 victory at Lafayette. Franklin County trailed by eight with 2:37 to play before Garrett Hamilton started the rally with a three-pointer. Ryan Timmons and Hamilton followed that with a pair of layups to set up the winning shot and Lafayette's Dee Yarbrough missed a potential game-tying layup at the buzzer.
Meyer finished with 20 points and Hamilton and Timmons had 15 and 14, respectively.
Jackson Davis led the Generals with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Jalen Wilkerson added 16 points and Yarbrough had 15 points, eight rebounds and nine assists.
■ Tamron Manning scored 18 points and grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds to help Scott County, ranked 11th in Dave Cantrall's Rating the State, outrebound visiting Bryan Station by 15 in a 77-51 victory. Isaih Ivey led all scorers with 22 points for the Cardinals. The Defenders got 17 points and four rebounds from Larry Morton.
■ Guard Brandon Fruth hit two free throws with no time left to lift visiting Montgomery County past Mason County 52-51. Senior Omar Prewitt led the Indians (11-10) with 25 point and 14 rebounds.
■ Wes Kimball scored 18 points to go with six assists and Daniel Kiesling had 10 points and 13 rebounds in No. 10 Henry Clay's 59-54 victory against visiting Madison Central. Dominique Hawkins scored a game-high 23 points and grabbed five rebounds for the Indians.
■ Mike Smith hit 12 of 13 foul shots and finished with 30 points to lead Sayre to a 67-54 victory at Louisville Collegiate.
■ Todd Bradley scored a team-high 13 points in No. 5 Tates Creek's 48-40 win at Madison Southern. Ryan Fucci added 12 points for the Commodores (17-3).
■ Rowan County (14-4) jumped out to a 15-point lead at halftime en route to a 54-40 victory against visiting Lewis County. It was Rowan County Coach Shawn Thacker's 200th win.
■ Michael Rexroat scored 20 points and Jordan Redd had 14 points and 10 rebounds to help host East Jessamine hold off Southwestern 59-56.
■ Sophomore guard Serena Sandusky hit a layup with six seconds left to give 13th-ranked Bryan Station a one-point lead and sealed the win by stealing the inbounds pass, enabling the Lady Defenders to beat Franklin County 53-52. Franklin County's Ashli Mayes led all scorers with 26 points, but the hosts fell to 13-9.
Sandusky scored 16 points and pulled down 12 rebounds. The Lady Defenders, now 19-2, also got 13 points from Marissa Prince.
■ Senior center Morgan Clemons scored 12 points, including the 1,000th of her career, in No. 5 Sacred Heart's 67-33 victory at Seneca. Clemons also had eight rebounds and three assists, and Jazmin Smith had 14 points, eight rebounds and four steals for the the Valkyries (17-4). The Lady Redhawks got 15 points, including four three-pointers, from Jada Grady.
