■ Lincoln County, ranked 21st in Dave Cantrall's Rating the State, jumped out to a 14-point lead at halftime and held on for a 55-48 victory at home against No. 19 Lafayette. The Lady Patriots outscored the Generals by nine at the free-throw line.
Emily Fox scored a game-high 16 points and had six rebounds and five steals for Lincoln County. Lafayette's Shomari Kendrick had 10 points, 14 rebounds, six blocked shots and five steals, and Sarah Martin's 14 points included four three-pointers.
■ No. 2 Rockcastle County improved to 26-1 with an 84-22 rout of visiting McCreary Central. Rockcastle County led 20-11 after the first quarter before outscoring McCreary 64-11 the rest of the way. Sara Hammond and Angie Lawrence scored 15 points apiece for the Lady Rockets.
■ Ashli Mayes' game-high 22 points helped host Franklin County defeat Henry Clay 60-42. The Lady Flyers pulled away in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Lady Devils by 11. Candace Morton scored 18 for Henry Clay.
■ Kristen Stainback scored 23 points and No. 16 Scott County cruised to a 71-54 victory at Whitley County. Audriana Christopher added 14 points for the Cardinals.
■ Madison Central's Jenna Cornelison scored seven points and reached the 1,500-point mark in a 52-36 victory against visiting Rowan County. Madison Central had jumped out to a 20-1 lead by the end of the first quarter.
■ Chris Staton's basket with 52 seconds left in the first half gave host Lexington Christian the lead for good and the Eagles went on to beat West Jessamine 65-53.
Taylor Barnette scored 17 points to go with three steals for LCA. Bradley Strait scored a game-high 18 points for the Colts.
■ Sayre outscored Whitefield Academy by 16 in the third quarter en route to a 66-48 road victory. Ray Brewer scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds for the Spartans. Mike Smith added 16 points and six steals, and Griffin Patterson had 10 points and 12 rebounds. Charlie Freed scored 21 for the Wildcats, and Conner Fulkerson had eight points and five assists.
■ Darius Wade scored 12 points and Larry Morton had 10 in Bryan Station's 41-37 victory against visiting Paul Dunbar. Sean Lamanna scored eight points to lead the Bulldogs, who were outscored by six in the fourth quarter.
■ No. 25 Newport Central Catholic outscored Ryle by four in the fourth quarter of a 65-61 victory at home. Jake Giesler had 16 points and 12 rebounds.
