■ Junior guard Taylor Barnette scored 24 points and pulled down six rebounds to lead host Lexington Christian, now 17-9, past visiting Fern Creek 57-52. The visitors got 15 points from senior guard Jerrell Moore.
■ Senior guard Luke Ambrose scored 24 points and had six rebounds to lead host Berea, now 15-11, past Burgin 61-45. Burgin led after the first quarter, but Berea took a 27-25 lead at halftime and pulled away in the second half.
■ Cheaney Schwartz had 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead host Meade County past North Bullitt 70-52. Meade (10-17) got eight assists from junior point guard Chas Garris. The visitors got 22 points from guard Brandon Goeing.

■ Shannon Turner, a 6-6 senior center, scored 18 points and had 10 rebounds to lead host South Floyd to a 90-30 victory over Riverside Christian.
■ Woodford County hit 11 of 20 three-point shots and ran its record to 22-5 by ripping host Bourbon County 63-35. Junior guard Katie Fletcher led the winners with 22 points, including four three-pointers. Alyssa Lucas scored 12 points by hitting four three-pointers for Woodford. Bourbon (4-21) got 13 points from junior guard Olivia Sparks.
■ No. 9 Boone County rallied for 15 straight points in the last three minutes to edge No. 5 Sacred Heart 55-50. Junior Sydney Moss scored 17 points and pulled down 16 rebounds to lead Boone County, now 23-5. Sacred Heart fell to 20-5 despite outshooting Boone 42 percent to 34 percent. But Boone grabbed 40 rebounds, while Sacred Heart got only 31. The Lady Rebels hit 71 percent of their foul shots. Sacred Heart led after three quarters but was held scoreless in the last three minutes while Boone County forced four turnovers.
■ Carla Booth led the way with 28 points as Sheldon Clark, the top-ranked team in the 15th region, ran its record to 17-8 by whipping host Paintsville 68-54.
