Ashanti Thomas added 12 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks for the Generals.
■ Caroline Lynch had 13 points, nine rebounds and three assists in Lexington Catholic’s 59-46 victory over Mason County in the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic at East Jessamine.
■ Abby Owings scored a game-high 23 points in No. 15 Simon Kenton’s 69-62 win at Scott County. Tereka Guyn had 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Lady Cardinals.

Pleasure Ridge Park’s boys, 10th in Cantrall’s ratings, defeated No. 1 Ballard 81-73 in overtime in the Louisville Invitational Tournament finals. Lamontray Harris, the tournament’s MVP, had 29 points and 12 rebounds, the Courier-Journal reported.
Ballard’s Kelan Martin also had 29 points and 12 rebounds while the Bruins’ other star struggled. The Courier-Journal reported that Quentin Snider went 0-for-12 from three-point range and finished with 16 points, six rebounds and five assists.
■ No. 12 Henry Clay led by as many as 13 points before having a tough time putting visiting Tates Creek away 58-55. Jordan Green led the Blue Devils with 19 points, eight rebounds and three assists. Jordan Fucci had 19 points and 14 rebounds for the Commodores.
■ Alex Smith tied a career-high with six three-pointers and finished with 20 points in Marion County’s 74-72 win at home against Casey County. Latrelle Irvin scored 22 of his 26 points in the second half for the Knights.
