Felix Wilson, a senior guard, made the game-winning layup with one second left to give Henry Clay a 56-54 victory at Madison Central. Wilson finished with a team-high 21 points, and Isaiah Tisdale had 19. Sam Jones was 11-for-17 from the field, scoring 24 points and grabbing 10 rebounds for the Indians.
■ Boyle County, 20th in Dave Cantrall's Rating the State, used a pair of free throws from Jeremiah Bell to force overtime and went on to defeat visiting West Jessamine 64-61. Bell finished with 26 points, seven rebounds, five assists and five steals. Siah Holifield led the Colts with 17 points.
■ No. 14 Lexington Catholic and No. 22 Paul Laurence Dunbar were tied at 51-all with 3:55 to go before the Knights took control and won 67-59. Michael Talbott had 21 points, five rebounds and two assists in the visitors' win. Dunbar's Taveion Hollingsworth was 13-for-18 at the line and had 21 points, four rebounds and three assists.
■ Damian King scored 34 points to help Clark County overcome a huge night by Austin Cummins in the Cardinals' 82-76 win in overtime against Anderson County. Cummins, who scored a career-high 51 points and had 10 rebounds, hit a three-pointer to send the game to overtime. But Clark County prevailed.
■ Lafayette outscored Franklin County by 20 in the second quarter en route to a 71-31 rout in Frankfort. Jajuante Carpenter hit three three-pointers and led the Generals with 14 points and four assists. Lucky Jackson and Ross Jenkins scored 12 apiece.
■ Camron Justice's 26 points included seven three-pointers, and No. 4 Knott County Central defeated No. 18 Perry County Central 65-42 in Hazard.
■ Green County junior Dominique Compton scored 39 points, grabbed eight rebounds and had six steals in an 84-57 win at Nelson County.
■ Caroline Bennett and Ashanti Thomas scored 16 points apiece, and Dee Givens had 15 to go with five rebounds, eight assists and seven steals in No. 23 Lafayette's 65-47 win at Woodford County. Thomas also had 11 rebounds and three blocks.
■ No. 8 Henry Clay got 13 points, nine rebounds, four steals and two blocks from Hannah Young in a 50-33 win at Sayre. The Lady Spartans' Gabby Bowie had 19 points, seven rebounds, six blocked shots and a pair of steals.
■ Caroline Lynch scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds in Lexington Catholic's 52-35 victory at Paul Laurence Dunbar. Caroline Osbourn added 13 points and five rebounds for the Knights, while Nicole Armstrong had 17 points, seven rebounds and two blocks for the Bulldogs.
■ Lydia Graves was 5-for-6 from three-point range, scoring 19 points in No. 14 Highlands' 71-45 defeat of visiting Bracken County. Bailey Cummins had 23 points and six rebounds in the Lady Bears' loss.
■ Jessica Laemmle had 16 points and seven rebounds in No. 20 Mercy's 79-55 defeat of host Scott County. Peyton Riddle had 16 points and four steals for the Lady Cardinals.
