David Freitas and Sean Nicol each drove in two runs for host Hagerstown in a 5-2 victory over the Lexington Legends on Friday.
Bryce Harper, the Baltimore Orioles' No. 1 pick, hit a two-out double off Michael Foltynewicz (0-5) in the first inning to set up Freitas' first RBI single.
In the second, Mills Rogers walked, advanced to third on Foltynewicz's failed pickoff attempt, then scored on a Michael Taylor single. In the fifth, Freitas drove in Adrian Sanchez for a 3-0 lead.
The Legends came back in the seventh, starting with Michael Kvasnicka reaching on a throwing error by third baseman Blake Kelso and advancing to second. The teams combined for seven errors.
Back-to-back singles by Tyler Burnett and Jhonny Medrano brought in Kvasnicka. Bryce Lane then singled to load the bases and chase Matthew Grace (3-3). Reliever Wilson Eusebio walked in a run before getting out of the jam.
Nicol tripled in two runs in the bottom of the inning to cap scoring.
