Asheville scored seven runs over two innings and went on to beat the visiting Legends 8-5 Sunday to even the series 1-1.
The Legends took a 3-0 lead in the top of the third. Back-to-back doubles by Zach Johnson and Matt Duffy produced a run, and Mike Kvasnicka followed with his second home run of the season. Duffy has reached base at least once in 23 consecutive games.

Rivera scored on a force play. Jordan Ribera's double drove in two more runs. Ribera later scored the go-ahead run on an infield error.
