The James Wafford memorial league at Collins Bowling Centers-Southland had a big night on Monday. The league had a 300 game, an 800 series and a pair of 299 games.
Bill Pianovski led the way with an 835, rolling games of 268-268-299 for his score. The 300 performance came from Eric Grimes, who used the score to pace a 763 series. Kenny Stephens rolled the other 299 game en route to a 794 series.
Leagues will resume their regular schedule this week. The youth leagues will be back in action Saturday after a break for the holiday and the Special Olympics tournament. The high school program will resume play today at Strike Zone Lanes in Nicholasville with some teams bowling at 1 p.m. and others at 3:30 p.m.
