McPeek's Striking Dancer highweight for Doubledogdare

Striking Dancer, winner of the Grade II La Canada Stakes in February and fourth behind undefeated Zenyatta in the Grade I Santa Margarita Handicap in her most recent start, will carry high weight of 119 pounds in Friday's Doubledogdare Stakes at Keeneland.

Trained by Ken McPeek, Striking Dancer will break from post position three with Robby Albarado aboard.

The other graded stakes winner in the field is Funny Moon, winner of last summer's Grade I Coaching Club of America Oaks at Belmont Park.

The Grade III, $100,000 Doubledogdare for fillies and mares covers 11⁄16 miles and will be Friday's ninth race (5:05 p.m.) on a 10-race card.

The field, in post position order is: Haka, Funny Moon, Striking Dancer, No Use Denying, Unforgotten, Starship Angel and Lady's Laughter.

First post Friday is 1:05 p.m.

Racing resumes at Keeneland on Wednesday. The Grade III Appalachian Stakes is Thursday.
