Huge slate of games, with plenty of marquee matchups, on television for this first Saturday of the college football season.

Kentucky’s opener against visiting Southern Miss is at 7:30 p.m. on ESPNU. Anish Shroff is handling play-by-play with Ahmad Brooks providing the color commentary.
