UK will host first two rounds of NCAA volleyball tourney

The UK volleyball team was selected to host the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament on Thursday and Friday at Memorial Coliseum. Kentucky's first-round matchup is against Michigan at 7 p.m. Thursday. The winner of that match will go on to face the winner of St. Louis and Alabama A&M Friday at 7 p.m.

UK signs seven for '10 season

The University of Kentucky baseball program has received letters of intent from seven players for the 2010 season, Coach Gary Henderson announced Friday.

Coveted women's recruit picks St. John's over UK

The Kentucky women's basketball team's most coveted recruit decided to stay closer to home and signed with St. John's, a Web site reported Wednesday.
