Bear and the Butcher will have a soft opening today, after more than a year’s work on the location on Euclid Avenue.
The restaurant has a balcony overlooking the Chevy Chase neighborhood off the upstairs cocktail lounge. Downstairs, customers can order house-made sausages and other kinds of pub food.
Co-owners Brett and Brian Behr plan to serve lunch, dinner and brunch on weekends. The restaurant is open seven days a week.
